Something happened to artist and gallery owner Roman Montague when he first saw Julian, years ago. He just had no idea who he was or what happened to him, until he met Julian's best friend, Jenna, by chance. Julian Jennings has always known who he is and what he does and doesn't like. He loves the ‘80s decade. He loves to run his bar. He loves sex with no strings. And now, likes Roman. He liked him from the moment he met him face to face, the only problem is that Roman has been living his life like a straight man. Now? Roman thinks he might be gay and he wants Julian to be his first...

It's an MM erotica romance, however, there is more romance than erotica.

Julian leaned forward, and smiled. “You may not like this question, but I’m dying to know …”

“What’s that?”

“Have you ever even thought of being with a man?” Julian whispered, even though he realized he could either be punched in the face or kissed, or hell, Roman could walk out that door and never return.

Roman held on to his rocks glass and squeezed it hard, then he chugged his drink. He slammed the glass on the table. “Is this some kind of fucking joke?” he stood up quickly.

Julian stood up. “I’m sorry, that’s not even one of the responses I thought you’d give. I apologize if I insulted or offended you. Please, don’t leave.”

Roman turned around and stormed over to the door.

He’s outta here, Julian thought. Shit. Don’t leave. Please.

Roman slammed the door shut, while still inside the room. He turned and faced Julian. “I came here because Jenna invited me.”

“I know, and she said she told you I was gay. I don’t hide it. I know some do for their own reasons, but I don’t. I’m not ashamed, but it’s not like I haven’t faced the ignorance of others. If I offended you, I didn’t mean to. I was just curious. A lot of straight guys wonder …” his voice trailed off as he tried to decipher what Roman would do or say next.

“I’ve never been with a man,” he said. “I mean, I’ve never been fucked by a man nor have I ever fucked a man.”

“But?” Julian walked over to him and met his gaze. “But? I’m sensing a very big but…”

“But, to answer your question, I’ve thought about it. More than thought about it, it’s just that …”

“You’re supposed to only have sex with women?”

“Yeah,” he breathed out a sigh of relief, as if he’s been holding it in forever.

“Roman, have a seat,” Julian said. “I won’t press you but it sounds like you came here for more than just meeting a new friend. You wanted to meet a real life gay guy.”

“That’s true,” he sat down next to Julian. “I can figure out everything … every fucking thing in my life … but when it comes to relationships or sex or whatever, I am so damned confused.”

“Well, I don’t know what I can do to help in that area, but I’ll do what I can,” Julian smiled.

Roman leaned forward and touched Julian’s face. “Fuck me, please.”

Julian slowly pulled away. “Not until you know that’s what you want,” Julian said.

“Don’t you want to?”

“Yes, I’m the fucking ass man. I love fucking ass. More than anything, but you just said you’re confused. I can’t fuck you to see if you like it.”
